LENE STAMPE MEDITATION
Buddhist mindfulness and meditation by Lene Stampe
Mission
I support companies, leaders, and teams by teaching in Buddhist meditation techniques, which to a large extent still have relevance in our modern and busy everyday lives – not least in our working lives.
I can help to:
• Train concentration and focus
• Increase mental capacity
• Create inner stability to manage the continuous changes
• Decrease thought and emotional autopilot and increase empowerment
• Create calm for reflection
My approach is the original Buddhist meditation techniques Samatha
( concentration meditation ) and Shinkan ( concentration and insight meditation ), and the original Buddhist teachings about the mind and how we master it, so that we can concentrate on what we are doing right now, and so that we ourselves are the master of where our attention is.
It is a practical and modern approach to how the 2,500-year-old techniques can be used in a business context today.
All teaching takes place in a purely secular format without religious elements.
The meditation techniques are for everyone, and everyone can meditate.

What I offer
Short session in Buddhist Samatha meditation:
In this session, we bridge the gap between the 2,500-year-old Buddhist meditation wisdom and the necessitiess of our fast-paced and demanding modern lives.
During this session, you will gain knowledge and practical tools to improve your mental capacity and nurture your overall well-being.
It does not require any prior meditation experience to participate.
You will have the opportunity to try out and learn how to perform Samatha meditation and receive instructions on how concentration and attention can strengthen deep peace in both body and mind.
Buddhist meditation offers simple and powerful tools to proactively train and navigate the everyday situations we encounter – and specifically to train attention and concentration – so that we can more easily regulate our behavior and our actions.
When we can concentrate in the present moment, without worrying or pondering, we can have a calmer and wiser perception of ourselves, others, and our surroundings, which promotes that we can be the best version of ourselves.
